We are seeking an Associate Consultant, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)!
This team member provides operational and administrative human resources support, under the guidance and direction of a Team Leader or Managing Director, to retained or project-based clients. Acts as an essential part of the service delivery team that interacts with client points of contacts and employees handling day to day DEI activities, programs and projects. The DEI Associate may be the point of contact for client employees, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information, following established policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
A FEW ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide full spectrum DEI support and assistance to employees, managers, team members, vendors, external agencies in the day-to-day application of specified HR and DEI processes, policies, procedures and documentation.
- For more complex questions or issues, the Associate triages and escalates to the Consultant or Team Leader.
- Assist with drafting DEI related communications, reports and correspondence as required.
