Do you have great attention to detail and superb customer service? We are seeking an Operations/Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. Individual will assist with processing accounts payable and other duties as assigned by the Finance and Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early career professional!
A FEW ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with processing accounts payable. Enters bills into the Deltek system and tracks them through the approval process. Enters invoices into bill payment system using correct coding structures and preparing for payment. Communicates with approvers and vendors and assists with resolving billing issues and ensuring timely payments. Reconciles vendor statements and follows up on missing invoices.
- Assists with reconciling expenses charged to American Express. Reconciles data and uploads into Deltek system. Follows up with American Express users to assist with expense reporting and timely submission. Reconciles account monthly.
