An exclusive peer group experience for C-suite executives of nonprofit organizations

Executive Alliance for Social Impact

Cohort Starting October 2023

Are you ready to take your organization to the next level but need help defining the next steps? As a C-suite executive, what key competencies do you need to develop or strengthen for the journey? I created this leadership development program for mission-driven executives to come together to build community, gather essential tools and strategies that will strengthen them as leaders, and prepare them to nurture and sustain a people-centric workforce.

Join me in our second cohort for this four-session experience designed exclusively for founders, CEOs, presidents, executive directors, CHROs, CFOs, CAOs, COOs or an equivalent function title of social impact organizations, including nonprofits, associations, foundations and social enterprises!

Connect with other leaders across the social impact space to advance the leadership skills essential to supporting resilience and growth — for your people, your organization and you. As you dig deep and share experiences with your peers, you’ll gain new insights into the most critical components of people management, leadership, financial sustainability, cultural competence, organizational resilience and more. This one-of-a-kind experience will leave you feeling equipped, confident and inspired to lead your people and mission into the future.
