Interview & Assessments

Our TA consultants will conduct an in-depth interview with you. This provides us with information to understand your career objectives.

Marketing your resumé

Your TA consultant will make matches between you and our clients based on your in-depth interviews. We will also actively market your resumé to organizations with which you are interested in working.

Interview with the client

Once we’ve found you a matching opportunity, we’ll present it to you immediately. If you are interested, we will schedule an interview and will personally help you prepare. Timelines can be tight, so please plan accordingly.

The job offer

Your TA consultant will negotiate on your behalf in order to get the best salary and benefits package for you. Please defer all salary and benefits negotiations to your consultant.
