ENCORE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2014 | 8:30-10:00AM*

You are managing a number of dynamic HR programs but are you measuring the effectiveness of those programs? Are your programs and practices aligned with your nonprofit’s strategy?  Are key decision-makers in your organization looking to you for HR data to inform major decisions?

By implementing a few key HR metrics, you have the ability to add strategic value to your organization. Join this conversation with your HR peers in the sector about which metrics other nonprofits are using, how they use them, and the impact they have made.

Consultants Alicia Schoshinski and Stephanie Spivack will share with you different types of HR metrics and how to determine which are appropriate for your organization.  We will discuss how to analyze those metrics to identify trends and impact decision-making in your nonprofit.
