This is a full-time remote position.

Associate, Production & Layout is a part of the Marketing & Communication team and collaborates with MD, Marketing & Communication, Graphics Designer and greater Marketing & Communication team to produce, update and populate widely used design templates for public-facing publications and client-facing deliverables. Through design best practices, the Associate will maintain library of design assets used for wide distribution. Associate will also support creation and upkeep of templates used for new and repeat business prospecting.

A Few Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• At the direction of the MD, Marketing & Communication, and in collaboration of graphics designer, will generate and help automate high-volume materials for print and digital collateral
• Support Marketing & Communication project trafficking to ensure all projects are completed on schedule
• In collaboration with Marketing & Communication editorial team, and graphics designer, maintain creative brand guidelines rooted in design best practices
