  • Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and innovative; proven ability to forecast business opportunities, write business plans and winning proposals, and have intuitive strengths to be proactive and not reactive.
  • A good balance of risk taking and judgment, confidence and assertiveness, open-mindedness and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally with colleagues and Senior Management, as well as externally with current/prospective clients and sector leaders.
  • Outstanding communications, presentation and influencing skills to include the ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills that establish, foster and sustain trust, credibility, integrity, professionalism and excellent relationships quickly and effectively while maintaining an intentional focus on quality and client service.
