What attracted you to Nonprofit HR?
I share their global mission of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. I really wanted the opportunity to work with this type of client organizations—nonprofits.
What’s your favorite aspect of talent management?
My favorite aspect of talent management is helping people understand how their skills and experiences can be applied to new and different opportunities in the workplace. I enjoy helping organizations build a successful culture that enables them to fulfill their mission. Working at all levels—from enabling the strategic mission to sourcing for individual assignments.

What’s a fun fact about you?
I’m one of seven sisters who are scattered across the U.S. Every year we get together for Christmas at a different sister’s home and all talk at once.
What was your favorite thing to do as a kid?
My favorite thing to do as a kid was climbing trees, specifically pecan trees. I loved gathering as many pecans as I could to enjoy my mom’s prize-winning pecan pie!

Dotti David is a Senior Consultant who leads and manages high-volume recruitment outsourcing engagements, working closely with client leadership to understand needs and develop and execute strategies to identify talent, utilizing successful and unique search methodologies and strategies.
