Now Hiring: Business Development Associate

Do you enjoy developing business relationships and helping to identify new opportunities? Nonprofit HR is seeking candidates interested in supporting our strategic direction through business development.

As a Business Development Associate you will generate and support leads and assist in the coordination of sales processes in support of the strategic direction of the firm and its products and services.  This will involveconducting research on prospective and existing clients, ensuring the Customer Relationship Management system is up-to-date, and support efforts to build and maintain relationships through the implementation of effective sales cadences, campaigns and programs.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of business development or sales experience, ideally in a professional services environment.  You should also have outstanding customer and client service orientation, a demonstrated ability to effectively build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally with colleagues and prospective clients and experience tracking key performance metrics and developing reports including incorporation of data displays in charts, graphs and tables. Finally, you should have demonstrated proficiency with conducting research, utilizing all MS office applications and familiarity with CRM functionality and reporting capabilities.

This is a remote position with local and/or national travel on occasion.
