ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Programs is responsible for the overall management of various programs in one program location to which he/she is assigned. The Director of Programs fulfills the goals of the organization, by following established policies and procedures, by ensuring compliance with all funding source requirements, and by following all guidelines that are outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
