You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties within a designated region. This role includes developing and executing property management strategies that drive tenant satisfaction and maximize financial returns for property owners. This role may also ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers or partners. The Regional Housing Manager leads property management teams, collaborates with key stakeholders, and stays informed on regional real estate market trends to ensure optimal property performance.

This role will be assigned to manage properties in Austin or Houston, Texas.  Applicants located in Austin or Houston, Texas and the surrounding cities will be prioritized. This role requires 80% travel. The Salary for this role is $85,000 – $90,000.
