The Hultquist Place Assisted Facility (a subsidiary of Lutheran Social Services Group, Inc) located in Jamestown, NY, is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Program Administrator to join its team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating an atmosphere focused on customer service and resident, family, and staff satisfaction in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors and the regulations as defined by the NYS Department of Health. The Administrator directly supervises eight staff and leads a team of 30 healthcare professionals.
- Develops internal quality measurements that support organizational goals and continuous improvement through a departmental goal-setting process
- Facilitates leadership development via coaching and counseling with staff as needed
- Coordinates with department heads to assess delivery of quality services and resolutions of complaints; proactively resolves customer problems
