ABOUT THE POSITION
NCQA is hiring a Director, Talent Acquisition to join our team!
The primary purpose of this position is to lead NCQA’s talent acquisition team and recruiting strategies focused on supporting NCQA’s staffing, diversity, equity and inclusion goals. This position is responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating recruiting pipeline development strategies to ensure proactive talent identification as well as establishing recruiting ties with internal and external sources focusing on identifying, attracting and engaging candidates from historically marginalized groups. This position will implement and drive active recruiting strategies. In addition, this position will be a strategic thought leader to help ensure that NCQA has the people resources and capabilities to achieve our strategic goals. The position reports directly to the Chief People and Diversity Officer and manages a team of three that are responsible for full life cycle recruiting.
A FEW ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategy for talent acquisition to support NCQA’s business needs and innovative outreach programs using diversity, equity and inclusion best practices.
- Lead talent acquisition team in executing strategies, ensuring diverse candidate slates for all positions.
- Serve as influential leader, providing guidance on current market trends, partnering with all levels of leadership and hiring managers on hiring needs and creating diversity, equity and inclusion plans for recruiting.
