Reports to: Chief People Officer
Location: This role will be remote in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii but must be available to operate within continental U.S. time zones
Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000

The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people. Through 24/7 crisis services, research, advocacy, education, and peer support, Trevor works every day to end suicide among LGBTQ+ young people. The Trevor Project is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director, Talent & Inclusion to help shape the future of our people strategy during an exciting period of growth and evolution. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this leader will oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, onboarding, and culture and engagement while partnering with leaders across the organization to build an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through career growth. This is a unique opportunity to influence how Trevor attracts, develops, engages, and supports the people who power our life-saving mission.
