About the Role

Counseling In Schools is currently seeking a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director plays a key leadership role in managing and enhancing the organization’s HR functions, ensuring alignment with our mission-driven culture and strategic objectives. This position oversees HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Director partners with leadership to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
