Help Build a Workplace Where People Thrive

The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people. Every day, our employees help save lives through crisis services, advocacy, research, education, and peer support, creating a world where every LGBTQ+ young person feels seen, supported, and valued. Our mission is powered by people, and we’re looking for a Culture & Engagement Manager to help shape an employee experience that reflects the care, connection, and belonging we strive to create for the communities we serve.
