Salary: $72,800 – $88,000

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Accounting and Benefits Administrator to serve as the financial backbone of our firm — owning our full accounting and financial management, payroll, and benefits administration while partnering directly with the firm’s three owners as a trusted advisor on the numbers that drive our decisions. This is far more than a bookkeeping role. You’ll be the person who “keeps the trains running,” advising leadership on vendors, budgets, and financial strategy, and providing the thought leadership that helps guide our firm’s continued growth and long-term sustainability.
