As a key figure in this role, your responsibilities extend beyond mere compliance maintenance. You will be the driving force behind a culture of deep regulatory understanding and meticulous adherence within our teams. Your leadership will not only shape the operations of the compliance and waitlist teams but also influence the broader organizational strategy in compliance matters. Collaborating closely with the VP of Property Operations and the Quality Assurance Manager, you will ensure that all aspects of our property management—from staff training to lease-up activities—consistently meet and exceed regulatory requirements. Your role is essential in maintaining our reputation as a leader in affordable housing, making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.
A FEW KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Strategic Compliance Leadership: Play a key role in 360’s Leadership Team, focusing on integrating compliance into the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Effective Team Management: Lead the compliance and waitlist teams, instilling a high-performance culture with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Cultivating Operational Excellence: Drive excellence in affordable housing compliance by fostering teamwork and collaboration among property management and compliance staff.
- Regulatory Liaison and Performance Oversight: Collaborate with the Regional Property Manager and housing agencies to ensure property performance aligns with affordable housing compliance standards.
