The Project Manager, Client Services provides operational and project management support to ensure delivery of quality and timely solutions to Nonprofit HR’s clients. Responsibilities include working with internal and external stakeholders, understanding client requirements, creating project schedules, developing a project management plan, overseeing and monitor project budgets, ensuring deliverables are within scope of all engagements, and ensuring client deliverables are met or exceeded. The Project Manager works collaboratively across business units to ensure coordination of project tasks and deliverables.
