Blake Gouhari
Blake Gouhari has joined the firm’s Executive Search practice. Based in the Washington, D.C. region, Blake partners with boards and senior leadership teams to provide strategic guidance and support long-term institutional growth through executive search and talent advisory.
Blake brings more than a decade of experience across the executive search industry, with a strong focus on serving mission-driven and nonprofit organizations. Prior to this role, he spent over four years at Heidrick & Struggles, supporting multiple practices including Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs, Global Technology Services, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.
He later joined Sheffield Haworth, where he played a key role in advancing the firm’s Professional and Technology Services practice through strategic client development and market expansion. He subsequently joined JustinBradley, where he led business development strategy, strengthened the firm’s nonprofit practice, and supported leadership engagements across the hospitality sector.
In 2025, Blake received national recognition for his contributions to the executive search profession through inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who.
In his role, Blake focuses on supporting nonprofit boards, CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders, as well as organizations across government contracting, professional services, technology, biotech, hospitality, and emerging middle-market businesses—helping ensure leadership decisions are aligned with mission, strategy, and long-term sustainability.
