Courtney Dudley is an Associate Consultant within the firm’s Outsourcing practice and provides support to consultants and clients in their day-to-day and HR program needs.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, she started her career as an HR coordinator for an oil and gas start-up before being promoted to the HR Generalist/Business Partner role and supporting a growing team of 250 employees. As an HR Generalist, she shifted to the real estate sector three years ago to provide support to a home builder working in a variety of areas with a focus on employee lifecycle. Her most recent position was with a real estate development company, serving as an HR Business Partner to its Construction division as well as its Global Support Team in India, adding HR value through the lens of contract negotiations, policy development and implementation, performance management and operational support.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from the University of Houston, where she earned a full-ride athletic scholarship. In her free time, Courtney enjoys volunteering through a young women’s empowerment program in Houston and playing in an adult soccer league.
