Crystal Hemphill is a performance-driven HR Business Partner with more than a decade of experience in Human Resources Management, Training and Employee Relations. She is the former HR Director of a locally recognized nonprofit organization where she served on the executive team and was instrumental in the advancement and success of the HR Department. She has strong communication, interpersonal relationships, mentoring, negotiation and organizational skills.
As an HRBP, she works to advise nonprofit management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures, departmental assessments, training and performance management. She is dedicated to helping companies develop methods for implementing HR best practices.
Crystal is a member of SHRM and holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She is currently working towards obtaining her Executive Coaching certification.
