Dianna Parkman

Dianna Parkman is an enthusiastic, motivated, tech savvy and dedicated human resources professional with over 15 years of extensive experience within HR fostering change management practices, system integrations, employee relations, ethics, equal employment opportunity (EEO), talent management, HR consulting, training and organizational development.

Prior to Nonprofit HR, she worked as the HR Director within various industries, including nonprofit, telecommunications, retail and more. As a strategic partner, she thrives on delivery and execution of HR strategies, consultation and business goals. She is a visionary leader, self-starter and a team player.

Dianna also currently serves on two boards of directors within various communities across the Chicago area.
