Jeannie Lloyd is a HR leader who supports clients from different backgrounds. She has a specialty of helping companies achieve an engaged and positive workforce that will have bottom line results. Jeannie drives results for client organizations, making them places people want to work. Jeannie has a genuine passion to see people succeed, by finding win/win results, and by showing the authenticity that she cares.
Jeannie has 25+ years of experience in fairly diverse settings. She has worked with small nonprofits to large publicly traded corporations. Spending 14 years as a sole practitioner, she is well-versed in all aspects of HR, both Strategic and tactical. This includes total rewards, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement-driving culture and employee relations. She has started two human resource departments from the ground up, done a complete culture turnaround for an organization, and has sat on the executive teams of organizations for over a decade allowing her to help unite a human resource needs to the strategic plan. Her experience working in the mental health field and with alcohol and drug rehabilitation organizations have left her with an inside view of the challenges people face.
Residing in Ohio, Jeannie holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Human Resources and an MBA with an Organizational Development Emphasis from Upper Iowa University. She is both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
