Jeannie Lloyd, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHRJeannie Lloyd, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an HR leader who supports clients from many backgrounds. She specializes in helping companies achieve an engaged and positive workforce that drives bottom line results. She creates results for client organizations, making them places people want to work. Jeannie has a genuine passion for seeing people succeed by finding win-win results and by using her talents for authenticity and empathy.
Jeannie has over 25 years of experience in diverse settings. She has worked with small nonprofits and large publicly traded corporations. Spending 14 years as a sole practitioner, she is well-versed in all aspects of HR, both strategic and tactical. This includes total rewards, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement-driving culture and employee relations. Her experience includes building departments from the ground up, department turnarounds and helping organizations in building the culture that they have been dreaming of, creating a strong foundation for future growth. She has sat on the executive teams of organizations for over a decade, allowing her to help unite human resource needs with the strategic plan. Her experience working in the mental health field and alcohol and drug rehabilitation organizations, as well as medical membership associations, has left her with an inside view of the challenges many people face.
Residing in Ohio, Jeannie holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Human Resources and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree with an Organizational Development Emphasis from Upper Iowa University. She is both a Society for Human Resource Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has received the Change Management for HR (CMHR) certification. She is also a contributing author for SHRM’s HR Magazine.
