Je’Nai Talley Jackson, MSW, LMSW, serves as the Team Leader & Senior Consultant of Inclusion & Belonging for the People & Organizational Strategy practice at Nonprofit HR. She brings almost 20 years of experience in the fields of education, youth development, and equity, diversity, inclusion and justice (EDIJ). Je’Nai has provided technical assistance to organizations all around the country with the goal of centering equity in organizational strategy and fostering inclusive environments.
Her ability to provide support around learning development, assessment, implementation, fidelity, evaluation and sustainability proves instrumental. Je’Nai’s success lies in her emphasis on collaboration, communication and relationships. At the heart of everything she does is focus on building connections with people and listening to all stakeholders’ voices to strengthen the organization and service to the mission.
Je’Nai is from Detroit and attended the University of Michigan, earning both her Master of Social Work (MSW) and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in African American and African Studies. She is also a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Additionally, Je'Nai is a foodie who enjoys spending time with loved ones and has been to every continent except Antarctica, which she plans to do one day!
