Je’Nai Talley Jackson serves as Consultant and Project Manager for the DEI practice at Nonprofit HR. She brings over 15 years of experience in the fields of education, youth development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Je’Nai has provided DEI technical assistance to organizations all around the country with the goal of strengthening the organizational strategy and DEI efforts.
Her ability to provide support around staff capacity, assessment, implementation, fidelity, evaluation, and sustainability proved instrumental. Je’Nai’s success lies in her emphasis on collaboration, communication, and relationships. She is used to leading large projects cross-departmentally, as well as working with community partners. At the heart of everything she does is a focus on building connections with people and listening to all stakeholders’ voices.
Je’Nai is from Detroit and attended the University of Michigan, earning both her Master of Social Work and her Bachelor of Arts degree in African American and African Studies. She is a foodie who enjoys spending time with loved ones and has been to every continent except Antarctica, which she plans to do one day!
