Jessie Angulo possesses over 2 decades of US and International HR leadership in mission-focused organizations. As a trusted partner and advisor to executive leaders, she manages all aspects of HR strategy, culture and people operations for teams across North America, EMEA, APAC and LatAm. She translates organizational goals into strategic people initiatives that enable mission achievement and create positive and engaging employee experiences.
Jessie is a change management expert leading teams through growth, mergers, acquisitions, restructures and other challenging transitions.She is a highly adaptable and creative problem solver building optimal HR infrastructures in organizations of all sizes. Her experience encompasses the full scope of people and culture functions, delivery of global HR services and the design and implementation of processes and systems such as performance management tools, career paths, competency frameworks and compensation structures.
Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and is a senior certified HR professional through the Society of Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). She has native fluency in English and Spanish.
