Juan Gallegos
Juan Gallegos is seen as an architect and a builder of shared success who operates at the nexus of industry, organizational and individual goals. He brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the nonprofit, education and tech sector to his coaching practice. His current work and professional interests include coaching for growth, impact and career mobility; scaling impactful coaching for populations who have historically never been centered in this service; and coaching new/expectant parents in the prepartum and postpartum stages.
Juan Gallegos is particularly experienced creating productive coaching engagements with clients who have not had ready access to professional coaching. He is known for effectively coaching clients from underrepresented communities, especially those who will not let their starting points keep them from resources and experiences that translate to a competitive advantage.
Juan Gallegos earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Washington Seattle Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Seattle University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish Language. In addition, he studied as a Full Spectrum Doula with Birth Advocacy Doula Training. His professional coaching certification is from the Co-Active Training Institute.
