Kate Deno, SHRM-SCP, PHR, sHRBP

Kate Deno, SHRM-SCP, PHR, sHRBP, is Manager, Resource and Project Planning, and brings a strategic lens to both client engagements and internal operations—delivering tailored HR solutions while also optimizing resource allocation and project workflows across the firm. Her work ensures the right talent is aligned with the right initiatives, supporting exceptional client service and organizational effectiveness. 

In her consulting work, Kate partners with mission-driven organizations to enhance HR practices, mitigate risk, and drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. She is known for building trusted relationships with client leadership and delivering pragmatic, people-centered solutions. 

Kate’s career spans more than a decade of HR leadership, including roles with two Fortune 500 companies and several years as an HR Business Partner within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), where she supported small businesses throughout Colorado with both strategic and day-to-day HR needs. 

Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Kansas State University. She holds multiple certifications, including Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP). A committed advocate for strong, values-aligned workplaces, Kate remains an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
