Kofi Osei-Tutu, DSc

Kofi Osei-Tutu, DSc, is an IT leader with substantial experience managing and modernizing information technology with cost-effective solutions. He has hands-on software, network, database and systems engineering experience. In his role at Nonprofit HR, Kofi works closely with the Managing Director of Business Operations to develop an IT strategy for the firm and manages its implementation. He also works with management and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and provide technical solutions to support them.

In previous roles, Kofi has worked with IT teams to implement key enhancements and standardizations to physical endpoint management. He has spearheaded the adoption of Microsoft Azure infrastructure components, designed and coordinated endpoint security migration with Windows Defender/Endpoint Protection and architected key improvements to the endpoint virtualization environment. He has also contributed to the design and development of mobile BYOD management and implemented several device lockdown and automation processes.

Kofi holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science focusing on Software Engineering and a Doctor of Applied Science (DSc) degree in Information Technology focusing on Enterprise Architecture, both from Towson University. He is an Adjunct Professor at Towson University and is an active member in his local church, Winning Grace Intl.
