She manages all aspects of HR consulting as well as develops and implements comprehensive and impactful HR priority plans to ensure client HR needs are met in a proactive, deadline driven and professional manner.
With over 10 years of human resource experience, she is a dedicated, passionate and dynamic professional with extensive business acumen and experience in developing positive associate relations, exceeding organization goals, leading effective teams and delivering innovating strategies to promote accountability and awareness around diversity and inclusion, drive employee engagement, skillfully recruit and hire talent and lead organizational change. Prior to consulting, she worked in the hospitality industry and previously served as the HR Business Partner at a nonprofit organization dedicated to defend the rights of immigrants and refugees.
She holds certificates in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and HR as a Business Partner through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is currently taking HR course through HR.com to prepare for SHRM-CP certification.
