Lanee’ Kittrell possesses strategic and progressive HR experience in the non-profit sector and is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations through the implementation of proven HR strategies and techniques. Key areas that Lanee’ focuses include: employee lifecycle management, organizational development, employee relations, HR data analytics, talent management, and policy formation.
Lanee’ strives to close the gap between people management and organizational performance by serving as a key business partner to develop, manage, and implement measurable HR initiatives that are aligned with company strategy and culture. In addition to supporting nonprofit organizations, Lanee’ unites her enthusiasm for HR with her heart for service by providing workforce readiness training, collegiate preparatory support, and technical skills training at community development organizations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Lanee’ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Liberty University. Her professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and DC SHRM. She is a SHRM senior certified professional and a member of the Employee Relations and Engagement (ERE) Special Interest Group with NOVA SHRM.
