LaNee’ Kittrell, MBA, SHRM-SCP, possesses deep culture and talent management experience in the nonprofit sector. She is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations to further integrate their values into their HR infrastructure and elevate the employee experience. Key areas of LaNee’s focus include culture transformation, workplace equity, progressive talent strategies, employee relations and organizational development.
LaNee’ strives to leverage effective talent management to drive mission success by serving as a key business partner to develop, manage, and implement measurable HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and objectives. In addition to supporting nonprofit organizations, LaNee’ unites her enthusiasm for HR with her heart for service by volunteering at various community development organizations both in an individual and board capacity.
LaNee’ holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Her professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and D.C. SHRM. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a member of the Employee Relations and Engagement (ERE) Special Interest Group with NOVA SHRM.
