Lauren Weil, SPHR

Lauren Weil is a Consultant within the Outsourcing practice at Nonprofit HR. Lauren brings over seven years of experience providing full spectrum HR support and assistance in the day-to-day application of specified HR processes, policies, procedures and documentation. Her general areas of coverage include benefits, payroll, employee events (hire, termination, leave of absence), compensation actions, HR policies, learning/training, performance management and employee relations.

Before joining Nonprofit HR, Lauren was the sole HR representative for 175+ people at a start-up company in Southern California, where she was responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation. Prior to that, she provided office management and business development support in the staffing industry. Lauren has a strong passion for implementing HR systems and creating process improvements to foster employee efficiency and success.

Lauren graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. She holds a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management and Senior Professional in Human Resources from Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She currently lives in the Detroit metro area, but often visits California. In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, yoga and cooking for family and friends.
