Maria Carrasquillo
Maria Carrasquillo is a Senior Consultant with Nonprofit HR’s Strategy & Advisory practice area. In her role, she partners with clients to lead projects related to human capital solutions and effectiveness, performance management and talent management.Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Maria delivered organizational strategy development to nonprofit and private sectors linked to employee engagement, cultural transformation, strategic workforce planning, performance management and career/transition outplacement. Maria has led projects and project teams in the design, delivery and evaluation of enterprise-wide efforts in areas such as learning and performance, DEI initiatives, high-potential development, executive coaching, change management and high-impact leadership development.
Maria received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from University of Maryland and Master of Arts (MA) degree from Bowie State University. She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. Maria also holds certifications in various behavioral assessments, such as EI2.0, MBTI and Conflict Dynamics.
