Mark Fefelov

Mark Fefelov is a results-focused professional who emphasizes strong customer service, business insights and analysis, and critical thinking. Mark works directly with internal operations to ensure optimized high-quality support to internal staff and clients. Additionally, he is responsible for the oversight of multiple administrative and financial functions, including but not limited to firm-wide Invoicing, internal database and project management, revenue generation, and contracts.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked as a Development Associate at Hanover Research, a market research firm providing research solutions to companies addressing dynamic business challenges. 

Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Russian Studies from Georgetown University. He is an Alaska native with an advanced command of the Russian language, as his parents are both of Russian descent. In his free time, Mark enjoys reading, singing karaoke and participating in indoor/outdoor sports.
