Michell Baker, Senior HR Business Partner, brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors and academia. She is highly trained in human resource strategy and implementation, with success in the disciplines of talent management, compliance, employee/labor relations, performance management and policy development. Michell specializes in talent management and organizational development.
Prior to consulting, Michell was the Human Resources and Organizational Development Director for URAC, a non-profit accrediting healthcare company. Prior to URAC, Michell served as Interim Director of Human Resources at NCQA, where she managed the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Michell also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Michell is a certified behaviorally-based interviewer, a certified Affirmative Action Administrator and is a member of Cambridge, Who’s Who Among HR Professionals.
