Rose Andreottola brings over nine years of HR experience supporting a variety of nonprofit and for-profit organizations in a generalist capacity. She has demonstrated success in process improvement and project management with a keen eye for HR systems, total rewards, compliance, and policy and procedure development. She has supported national and international workforces ranging from 30-3,000 employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
Prior to consulting, Rose served as the HR generalist for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, a national nonprofit dedicated to children’s health as well as a social service nonprofit dedicated to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Greater Boston. Her experience spans the entire employment relationship—from recruitment through employment to departure and beyond (e.g., retirement). She has led and supported complex projects that revitalized and optimized systems and processes, modernized communication, ensured compliance and fostered an inclusive culture. She has transformed the employee experience by leading and supporting HR technology initiatives and has served as a strategic and hands-on partner through benefits renewal.
Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is working toward her graduate degree from Northeastern University. She also holds her SHRM-CP through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Rose has volunteered with Greyhound Adoption Service, a nonprofit humane organization dedicated to finding loving, responsible homes for retired/rescued racing greyhounds as well as Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation, a nonprofit organization that protects marine life in the Gulf of Maine through research, education and inspiring action. She lives in the Greater Boston area and enjoys traveling, reading, live music and spending time with her rescue dog, Harvey.
