Rose Andreottola, Human Resources Consultant for the firm’s Virtual Outsourcing practice, brings over eight years of experience supporting a variety of nonprofit and for-profit organizations in a generalist capacity. Rose has a keen eye for HR technology, benefits, payroll, leave management, compliance, and policy and procedure development. She has a track record of success in supporting national and international workforces ranging from 30-3,000 employees. Rose has led and supported complex projects that revitalized and optimized systems and processes, modernized communication, ensured compliance, fostered an inclusive culture, stimulated awareness of total rewards, and increased engagement.
Rose has volunteered with Greyhound Adoption Service, a nonprofit humane organization dedicated to finding loving, responsible homes for retired/rescued racing greyhounds, as well as Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation, a nonprofit organization that protects marine life in the Gulf of Maine through research, education, and inspiring action.
Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is in the process of obtaining her Master of Science in Nonprofit Management with a concentration in Global Studies from Northeastern University.
