Shannon Hines is an Associate Consultant for the firm’s Outsourcing Division. Shannon provides full spectrum HR support to multiple clients in the day-to-day application of various HR processes, policies and procedures.
Before joining Nonprofit HR, Shannon was an Associate HR Generalist with a fuel cell company based in Connecticut where she was responsible for many tasks regarding the employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation. Shannon is passionate about working with HR systems and improving diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in the workplace.
Shannon graduated from the University of New Haven with a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She is originally from New York, but now calls Sunapee, New Hampshire home. In her free time, Shannon enjoys listening to audiobooks and spending time with friends.
