We have intentionally situated ourselves to place talented professionals in openings at mission-driven nonprofit organizations. We can help you work for a greater purpose by serving your community.
How Does Staffing Work?
Like any employer, you apply and go through a screening process. However, we work with over 100 nonprofit organizations, so applying to work with us is like sending 100+ job applications all at once. Even better, when we have an opportunity for you, we edit your resume with you and coach you before interviews to help you make the best possible impression. The best part? There is no cost to you at any point in the process.
Our Process
- Application/Resume Submission. Either upload your resume to our database or apply directly to a position that we are sourcing candidates for.
- Phone screen. When our talent acquisition team has reviewed your resume and if we think we can help you, we will call you to find out more about your job search and past work experience.
- In-person interview. If your requirements match what we can provide, we will schedule an interview for you to meet a recruiter. Together, we will review your employment paperwork, discuss your eligibility to work, and our expectations to be an employee with Nonprofit HR.
- Placement. When an opportunity that fits your requirements comes in, we will contact you and, if you are interested, submit materials on your behalf to the client organization. If they select you, we will give you a call with all the details and you’ll be off to work!
