360 Management Group/Elm City Communities Appoints Claribel Shavers, Senior VP

Placement Led by Nonprofit HR’s Impact Search Advisors to Strengthen Affordable Housing Initiatives

Washington, D.C., August 20, 2024 – Nonprofit HR is pleased to announce the successful placement of Claribel Shavers as Senior Vice President of 360 Management Group/Elm City Communities. Claribel brings 25 years of dedicated service in the affordable housing industry and a decade of experience in asset management, with specialized expertise in administering a multitude of HUD and other subsidy programs. Claribel joins 360 Management Group from OppCo, where she has been contributing her vast knowledge and skills since January 2024. Before that, she held the role of Principal Associate and Manager of the Capacity Building and Learning Team at Abt Associates, providing technical assistance to housing finance agencies and housing authorities across the country. Her extensive background also includes serving as Director of Leased Housing and Asset Management at Rhode Island Housing and Chief of Asset Management for HUD’s Boston Office. Claribel’s career began in property management, and she has since accumulated a wealth of experience that will significantly benefit 360 Management Group.
