That’s why we’ve assumed a leading role in gathering and sharing meaningful data about employment and human resources in the nonprofit sector.

At the forefront of this effort is the Nonprofit Employment Practices survey, which we’ve conducted annually for the past 11 years in order to uncover insights about trends, growth and change in nonprofit employment. This year, we added a second study, Nonprofit HR Benchmarking Survey, which is aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of how the HR function really works at diverse nonprofit organizations.
