As I discussed in my previous post, I enrolled a client organization in the DC Health Insurance Exchange for the first time recently. Though I support the concept of the Exchange and believe that the employees enrolled will benefit significantly, I must admit that getting enrolled was painful. The following presentation highlights the pain points and tips for avoiding and overcoming them.
