Profile: Alison Hadden is the Director of Product Marketing for Glassdoor, educating companies on how to influence and recruit ideal fit candidates in today’s modern recruiting world.  As Glassdoor’s resident Talent Solutions Evangelist, she brings 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, and human resources, most recently overseeing training & enablement to speed the ramp of new hires, drive sales productivity, and increase employee engagement at both Glassdoor and The Active Network.  A seasoned facilitator and dynamic presenter, Alison has delivered training to senior executives as well as sales, marketing and HR professionals in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and Singapore, and speaks as an industry expert on Strategic Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Social Recruiting and Employer Branding. Alison earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and is a member of the American Society of Training & Development.
