What’s your favorite aspect of talent management?

The opportunity to constantly improve and assist others. As a part of the Operations team, it is always my pleasure to ensure all of our clients are served in a quick and efficient manner.

What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now and why?

Currently, the implementation of a new, internal CRM system that will impact all of Nonprofit HR and the adaptation of the procedures/processes contained therein to align with our operational goals as a firm.

What was your favorite thing to do as a kid?

Reading high-fantasy, playing video games, or playing basketball. My favorite video game is Final Fantasy VII, and one of my favorite high-fantasy series is The Kingkiller Chronicles (The Name of the Wind, The Wise Man’s Fear).

What’s a fun fact about you?

I’m a certified bartender! My personal favorite drink is a White Russian.
