Tina Twyman is a Consultant for Nonprofit HR’s Total Rewards Practice. She has over 15 years of human resources experience in a variety of organizations including nonprofits, higher education, financial services, technology and other industry sectors.
Tina is passionate about helping leaders transform talent and optimize teams through her work in total rewards, performance and talent management. She is a strategic partner who advises senior leaders and executives on compensation, job/organizational restructuring, and organization development. Tina is well-versed in evaluating jobs, market pricing, analyzing job descriptions and through her experiences she has been able to provide capacity building to ensure organization’s objectives are achieved.
Tina earned a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School for Professional Psychology. She is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM – SCP) and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach – StrengthsFinder. Tina has also earned a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and is a member of World at Work.
