Nonprofit Executives Discuss Challenges Amid Disruption During D.C. Forum
Nonprofit Practice, OneDigital, J.P. Morgan, Forvis Mazars Co-Host Event in D.C.
WASHINGTON, D.C., DECEMBER 4, 2025 — Nonprofit Practice, OneDigital, J.P. Morgan, and Forvis Mazars co-hosted Financial Stability and Resilience Amid Disruptive and Uncertain Times, a half-day convening designed to equip nonprofit and association leaders with insights and strategies for navigating today’s complex financial and workforce landscape.
Held in Washington, D.C., the event brought together dozens of C-suite leaders from leading social impact organizations for a forward-looking exchange on sustaining mission impact amid economic volatility and regulatory change.

The forum featured four expert-led panels, presented by each co-host organization, exploring themes of finance, leadership and innovation. The first panel was Financial Leadership Strategies to Achieve Growth presented by Forvis Mazars, with panelists Tamara Vineyard, Partner; Dan Prater, Senior Manager, Consulting; Sarah Loghin, Director, Nonprofit Advisory at Forvis Mazars.
Attendees also heard from J.P. Morgan in Strategic Financial Management, with panelists Fred Walls, Managing Director & Association Practice Lead, J.P. Morgan Private Bank who presented a market overview; Sobella Erica Ayuso, Vice President and Commercial Banker, J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking; Maddie B. Hamilton, Managing Director, Industry Manager, J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking; and Bridget Hogan, Vice President, Government Relations, JPMorganChase.

This session highlighted the significance of agile HR and leadership practices for associations and other mission-driven organizations.
The event also included an AI Lightning Round, a cross-sector discussion on emerging technology trends. Panelists included Sean Andrews, Manager, IT Risk & Compliance, Forvis Mazars; Vinay Gidwaney, Chief Product Officer, OneDigital; Jalen Epps, Vice President, Treasury Management Officer, J.P. Morgan Commercial Bank; and Danisha Martin, Director, Search, Nonprofit Practice, OneDigital who moderated the discussion.
The event concluded with a networking reception that encouraged continued collaboration and idea exchange among sector leaders.
