Renaming of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Practice

There’s more great news. Effective July 1, 2022, Nonprofit HR’s DEI practice will be referred to as Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Justice (EDIJ). This new name accurately reflects where we believe mission-driven organizations are and emphasizes our philosophy, approach and current practices. Nonprofit HR has made considerable investments in our commitment to studying equity. We officially launched our DEI practice in 2020 after several years of determining where and how we would focus these specialized consulting services. And just this past month, we launched our third consecutive Nonprofit DEIJ Practices Survey for 2022. Our continued investment in Knowledge and Research allows us to collect and share data about DEI progress and challenges organizations face.  See more about our EDIJ practice!
